The internet was adequately fast, the staff was very helpful, the location perfect - and the bedsheets were wonderful. The one silly personal complain we had would be the quality of the coffee provided in the room. Do not expect it to be good. Instead, go down to reception and ask to use the espresso machine.
And while you are sipping the espresso - or if you cannot sleep - checkout the amazing design books available to browse at the reception area.
We skipped breakfast, totally forgot that was an option -and anyway, exciting food options await as soon as you walk out the front door.

Rooms were clean. Staff attentive. The hotel is located in Tin Hau. There are a lot of places to eat in the area. Close to the MTR. There are many shops close by.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We loved looking at all the little details in the decor. The park shuttle was very efficient and comfortable, we did walk to the park a couple of times which took about 30 and was a really pleasant walk.
